I had a question about my order and expected it to take a while, but they got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out without any back-and-forth headache, which was a nice surprise. Just really easy and no hassle at all.

I found what I needed fast and checkout was simple, so that part was nice. The filters helped a lot and the pages loaded fine on my phone. I will say, though, I kept getting a little annoyed with a few small things, like having to scroll more than I wanted and double-check stuff more than once. Not a huge deal, but still annoying, and it was kind of annoying enough that I noticed it a few times...
